Services of GuyStevensArt.com include, but are not limited to, selling Prints, Giclées, Originals, Art Cards, Commissioned orders, and large wholesale orders.

Terms of Service

1. GuyStevensArt.com and the Guy Stevens Art Studio will never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

2. All prices are subject to change without prior notification.

3. Any paintings or products listed on the GuyStevensArt.com marketplace is at the sole discretion of its management.

4. GuyStevensArt.com offers a 30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all regularly priced Prints, Giclées, Art Cards, and Originals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return the product for a complete refund, of the purchased price. Only if the product(s) are returned in the same condition they were received in. You as the buyer are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Because originals are insured if the product is damaged upon arrival it is your responsibility to file a claim with the company that delivered the item in order for us to honor the money back guarantee. Also Originals and Commissioned Originals must be shipped back with insurance. Wholesale items are excluded from the money back guarantee.
